SHIPPING ISSUES

Rap Bootleg XYZ will NOT be responsible for non-delivery, delay, loss or damages during shipment.  We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders $350+

PICK-UP & DELIVERY

Rap Bootleg XYZ will ship merchandise specified by the customer. All freight claims for missing or damages” merchandise must be filled directly with the carrier. 

SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES

Due to possible human error, it is the buyer/consignee’s responsibility to verify that the merchandise received matches what was ordered. In order to resolve any claims with Rap Bootleg XYZ, the garment should not be altered. This includes being washed, printed on or otherwise modified in any way shape or form.
Rap Bootleg XYZ, will not accept any claims due to incorrect shipments if garments are altered.
